Becky is not exactly a stranger at FRCS; she was a long-term sub for Chemistry last year after Mrs. Stage had her baby.  Becky completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the University of Cincinnati.  Her experience in science classes led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in secondary education through the Cincinnati Initiative for Teacher Education Program at U.C.  This program included the completion of a graduate degree, a rigorous internship and additional coursework in order to attain a comprehensive science certification in addition to Biology and Chemistry credentials.  Her teaching experience in Ohio and California included Active Physics, Biology, Honors Biology, Physical Science Life Science and Technology.  Her husband, Shon, teaches Praise & Worship classes at FRCS and is the founder/director of Humble Hearts School of the Arts.  They have two children---a pre-school daughter and a son who is in 7th grade at FRCS.  Becky teaches Honors Biology, Chemistry, and 8th grade Physical Science.
